Basic gives you a full AI receptionist at €59.90/month — up to 100 minutes of call handling, trained on your business. It's a real subscription, not a trial. When you upgrade to Professional, your first Basic month's fee is automatically deducted.
What does "tailored to my business" actually mean?
During onboarding, Porta learns your services, opening hours, tone of voice, FAQs, and who in your team handles which situations. It responds to your customers as if it knows your business inside out — not like a generic bot reading from a script.
Do I need technical knowledge to set it up?
No. Basic and Professional are fully self-serve — fill in a setup form and Porta is ready in under an hour. Custom plan customers get dedicated onboarding with our team who handle everything for you.
Can I switch plans after launch?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime after launch. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront — no refunds on unused months, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
How does Porta hand over to a real person?
During setup you designate who Porta should contact for situations it can't resolve alone. If that person is available, Porta transfers the call live. If they're not, Porta books a scheduled callback so the customer knows exactly when to expect a call — no one is left without a resolution. Live transfer and callback booking are available on Enterprise and Custom plans.
What if my call volume exceeds my plan limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade anytime — your Basic fee is deducted on upgrade, and unused minutes don't roll over. We'll never cut off your service unexpectedly.
